Real Food Ingredients… Nothing Artificial!
MIRACLE BREAD INGREDIENTS: Blanched Almond Flour, Organic Flax Seed Meal, Almond Flour, Organic Psyllium Husk Powder, Cream of Tartar, Sea Salt, Baking Soda.
ALLERGEN STATEMENT: This product contains Almond.
You’ll find the list of ingredients and a printable recipe at the bottom of this post, but for now, let’s walk through it.
For this recipe, you’ll need a deep metal bowl, a hand mixer, a silicone spatula, measuring cups and a mini-loaf pan (7.5 x 3.75 or similar size).
You’ll also need a package of Miracle Bread, pastured eggs, apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice), melted butter (or coconut oil), sour cream (or yogurt or coconut cream, for dairy free option) and water.
Heat water to 100-105 F.
(NOTE: You can skip this step and proceed to Step 4 if you are not using the yeast preparation.)
Blend on medium speed for 1 minute to thoroughly incorporate ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes to fully absorb the liquid.
Scrape dough into prepared pan. If you'd like a shiny, golden crust, brush the top of the loaf with an egg wash (1 egg yolk + 1 tsp. water).

Ingredients
1 package Miracle Bread Mix
3 large eggs* (room temp)
1 Tbsp. organic apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp. melted butter or coconut oil
4 Tbsp. sour cream, plain yogurt or coconut cream
½ cup water
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease loaf pan then line with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, sour cream, vinegar, water and melted butter. Beat on medium speed to combine.
3. Add Miracle Bread Mix and beat until combined.
4. Scrape batter into pan. Transfer to preheated oven.
5. Bake 40-45 minutes. To prevent over-browning, cover loosely with aluminum foil in the last 15 minutes.
6. Leave bread in the pan for 15 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Wellness Bakeries was founded in 2006, with the mission to create the world’s healthiest and best-tasting gluten-free, carb-conscious, baking mixes.
Our goal was to make it easy for you to enjoy decadent desserts, chewy breads, crusty pizza, fluffy pancakes, crispy waffles and other sweet treats – that would not sour your health!
When we started this journey, there were no options for truly healthy baking mixes.
Everything was loaded with inflammatory grains, fake fats and sugar…or even worse, artificial sweeteners. We knew there had to be a better – and MUCH healthier – way.
So, with our backgrounds in health research, nutritional biochemistry and recipe development, we set out to use grain-free flours, healthy, slimming fats and natural no-sugar sweeteners to match the taste, texture and flavor of our favorite comfort foods.
At the time, very few people had even heard the term “gluten free.” There were no products to taste for inspiration and no recipe books to follow. It was all trial… and LOTS of errors.
Eventually, however, the experiments paid off. We discovered a few secrets. And then we made small, incremental improvements… perfecting one delicious product at a time.
And while it certainly wasn’t easy…
In 2008, Wellness Bakeries began offering our healthy baking mixes to the world.
